Hybred Rail Bed Rigs, no wood for termite construction
Now offering the parts to build rail beds. These are liner and metal fence rail construction to avoid the problems associated with lumber and termites in certain places.
If you are local in FL, you can pick up one of these rigs here (call ahead for availability because I may need to cut and assemble parts) for $500
That would include the metal rails,
The cattle panel fencing for support under the media bed portion,
The metal Clamps
The clamps for attaching the liner
The Liner
And the Uniseal with plastic backing for plumbing through the media bed
Assembly Manual and e-mail support provided.
(Some assembly required unless you have a big enough truck to take it home in one piece.)
(for assembly you would need a firm level location (perhaps some bricks or blocks for under the feet of the rig, a measuring tape, a 1/2″ ratchet and a knife.)
To Save money and save on shipping, you may buy your own Metal Rails and cattle panel locally and cut them yourself. For $250 I can provide a package that would include;

To create a system from either of these you would still need to get a fish tank and pump, media and rafts as well as plumbing, air pumps, air stones, water, fish, test kit, fish food and electricity. I can help source many of those things for you as well but since almost every set up is a bit different, I hate to spend weeks putting together a package that will need modification pretty much every time, I would rather help build a package to suite your particular situation. Only if you are local enough to pick it up and know how to teach my fish phonics.
I really have not designed a turn key system since 98% of people who would actually buy one want it customized in some way and the freight to ship a turn key system of hard plastic containers is really expensive (again making people who are willing to pay the price want a custom system.)
So if you want a pre-built system, you have to come to my farm to buy it and then haul it away yourself.
I can do a custom systems for purchase but I have not invested the tens of thousands of dollars to have a turn key system set of containers molded for sale. To figure out the price of a custom system, I would need to work out the custom system design with you. That starts by knowing your budget and what you want in a system.
