Aquaponic Lynx LLC Living lettuce is available at the Blue Bayou Farms Market in Yalaha, FL.
Right around the corner from my new farm is Blue Bayou Farms.
They are an organic Blueberry Farm as well as growing some other things and they also have a market and kitchen on site. We have taken living lettuce displays to the market so even on days I’m not available at the farm, you should be able to get some living lettuce right there at Blue Bayou.

It is right next door to the Yalaha Bakery.
Blue Bayou also sells other products from other local farms as well as products from their own. They have a small kitchen where they bake and make preserves to sell in the Market.
